About Us

FAQ

Q

What is your MOQ

A

We support low MOQ – typically 10 sets for production orders, and just 1 piece for samples. The exact MOQ depends on product specifications and process complexity – please contact us for details.

Q

Do you provide sample? Free or charge?

A

Yes, we do. Sample fees apply – this covers material, machining, and surface treatment costs. Please note that sample fees are non-refundable. We always recommend prototyping first to validate the design before mass production, helping you avoid costly rework.

Q

What are the lead times?

A

Mass production lead time is 12–15 business days, calculated from sample approval and deposit receipt. The exact timeline depends on product complexity and order quantity – we will optimize the schedule to meet your needs.

Q

What's the lead time for samples?

A

Samples typically take 5–7 business days, depending on whether a new mold is required and the complexity of machining. Rush sample service is available upon request – just let us know.

Q

Do you offer assembly services?

A

We currently focus on enclosure/chassis manufacturing and machining – we do not offer PCB soldering or full system assembly.

Q

What customization services do you provide?

A

We offer comprehensive customization services including: structural design based on your PCB layout/dimensions, custom mold development (extrusion tooling), precision CNC machining (cutouts, slots, tapping, etc.), surface finishing (sandblasting/brushed anodizing, etc.), and laser engraving/silk screen logo marking.

Q

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A

We are a direct manufacturer with full in-house production capabilities – from aluminum extrusion and CNC machining to surface finishing and packaging. No middlemen, fully controlled quality and delivery.

Q

What file formats do you accept for custom orders?

A

We accept the following formats: AutoCAD, PDF, STP, CorelDRAW

Q

What factors affect pricing for custom orders? How can I optimize costs?

A

Key factors include: ① Product size and material usage; ② Structural complexity (affects CNC machining hours); ③ Surface finishing requirements; ④ Order quantity (larger volumes reduce per-unit costs); ⑤ Whether new tooling/molds are required.
Cost-saving tips: ① Engage us early in the design phase to optimize manufacturability; ② Use our existing molds whenever possible (300+ options available); ③ Increase order quantity to spread fixed costs.

Q

What is your method of payment?

A

We accept multiple payment methods including bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.

Q

How do you package the enclosures? Is shipping safe?

A

We use EPE foam inner packaging to protect the product surface, with sturdy carton boxes as outer packaging. All packaging is validated to ensure safe transit without damage.

Q

What if I receive products with quality issues?

A

Every product undergoes 100% inspection before shipment. In the rare event that you receive products with manufacturing defects, please provide photos or videos for verification – we will replace them free of charge or issue a refund. Our commitment: zero tolerance for quality issues, full responsibility.

Q

How good is the thermal performance of aluminum enclosures?

A

Aluminum enclosures offer excellent thermal performance – 6063 aluminum has a thermal conductivity of approximately 200W/m·K, far superior to plastic enclosures (typically below 0.5W/m·K). For high-power devices, we can further enhance cooling through heat sink fins, optimized airflow channels, and other design features.

Q

Are your materials compliant with national standards?

A

We use only national standard (GB/T 5237) 6063 aluminum alloy extrusions. Material composition and mechanical properties fully comply with Chinese national standards. Material test reports are available upon request for full traceability.

Q

What's the complete customization process?

A

Our complete customization process consists of six stages:
Requirement Discussion: Understand your application, dimensions, and functional needs
Detailed Design & Confirmation: Provide 3D models and 2D engineering drawings for mutual approval
Prototyping & Modification: Sample making, testing, and feedback-driven revisions
Production Preparation: Tooling/fixture preparation (if required), production scheduling
Manufacturing & Processing: Extrusion → CNC → Surface finishing → Assembly → Packaging
Quality Inspection & Delivery: 100% inspection, shipment release
Our engineers provide end-to-end support throughout the entire process to ensure efficient execution.

Q

What if I don't have drawings – only a concept or physical sample?

A

Absolutely. Share your concept sketch, physical sample, or application description – our engineering team can design from scratch and provide professional recommendations to optimize the structure. From concept to finished product, we've got you covered.

Q

How is the custom processing fee calculated? What factors affect pricing?

A

Custom processing fees consist of the following components: ① Mold/tooling cost (if new mold is required); ② Material cost (calculated by weight); ③ CNC machining cost (calculated by hours); ④ Surface finishing cost (based on process and area); ⑤ Packaging and logistics cost. We provide a detailed quotation breakdown so you know exactly where every dollar goes.

Q

How much does a new mold cost? When is a new mold required?

A

New mold costs depend on product size, cross-section complexity, and profile weight – we need to evaluate your specific requirements before providing a quote.
A new mold is required when: ① Your required size or cross-section shape is not available in our existing mold library (300+ options); ② Your product is a proprietary design requiring exclusive tooling to protect IP; ③ You have special internal structure or appearance requirements that standard molds cannot accommodate.

Q

Can you print logos on the enclosure? What methods are available?

A

Yes. We offer two logo marking methods:
Laser Engraving: High-precision, permanent marking that never fades or wears off – ideal for serial numbers, brand logos, technical specifications, and fine details.
Silk Screen Printing: Ink-based printing, cost-effective, vibrant colors – ideal for multi-color logos or large-volume production.
Please provide vector artwork in CorelDRAW (CDR), AI, or PDF format. We can recommend the best option based on your specific requirements.

Q

What's the lead time for mass production?

A

Standard lead time for mass production is 12–15 business days, calculated from final sample approval and deposit receipt. The exact lead time will be confirmed in writing upon order placement. Rush requests can be accommodated – please let us know in advance.

Q

Do you have stock items available?

A

We focus on custom-made production – all products are manufactured to order, so we do not keep bulk stock inventory. For urgent needs, please contact us to check if any surplus material from canceled orders is available.

Q

Can you provide material certificates and inspection reports?

A

Yes. We can provide the following with each shipment: ① Material certificates (including chemical composition and mechanical properties); ② Dimensional inspection reports (key dimension measurement data); ③ Surface treatment test reports (e.g., anodizing film thickness, color difference, etc.). Every batch is fully traceable and verifiable.

Q

Will you keep my drawings and designs confidential?

A

Absolutely. We take IP protection very seriously. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure your design drawings and technical solutions are only accessible to project-related personnel on a need-to-know basis and will never be disclosed to third parties.

Q

Can you handle rush orders?

A

Yes. We support rush services for both samples and mass production. Rush orders are evaluated based on current production schedule – we will prioritize capacity allocation to meet your deadlines. Please specify your target delivery date when placing the order.
