Founded in Huizhou, Guangdong, Boyuan Hardware Products Co., Ltd. began as a precision machining workshop serving China's rapidly growing electronics and industrial sectors.
Over the past 20 years, we have continuously expanded our manufacturing capabilities, investing in CNC machining technology, aluminum enclosure production, quality control systems, and surface finishing processes. This long-term focus has allowed us to accumulate extensive experience in producing custom aluminum housings and precision-machined components for a wide range of industries.

Boyuan operates a dedicated manufacturing facility in Huizhou, Guangdong, covering approximately 2,500 square meters.
Our factory is equipped to support both prototype development and production manufacturing, allowing us to maintain better control over quality, lead times, and customization requirements.

We produce 1–5 pieces as production-grade samples using actual processes — not rapid prototyping. You approve or request changes before anything goes to batch.
step 4 - mass production, QC and shipping
15-20 business days
Batch production begins only after your sample sign-off. Every batch goes through incoming, in-process, and final QC. We pack in EPE foam + double-wall cartons and ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or your forwarder.
AFTER-SALES
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to our workmanship, we replace or refund — simple.
